  I have been attending Vale of York Polo Club for just over 4 years now and I can quite honestly say it has been a life changing experience. I cannot express how much learning to ride and play polo under Paul Paddington's instruction has given me the self-belief to play a sport I never in my wildest dreams would have thought I could have done. But more importantly, it has helped me achieve goals in other parts of my life by the confidence the sport has given me. I would recommend anyone to come and have a go, whether a rider or like myself had not sat on a horse before. My only regret was not taking it up earlier. Awesome.
